White Chocolate Covered Oreos

We looooove Oreos in our house! The week of Halloween I decided to test out a really easy white chocolate dipped Oreo. It was super easy and people seemed to really like it! So here it goes!

1/2 bag of white chocolate chips

2 teaspoons of crisco

Place in a microwave safe bowl... Cook in the microwave 30 seconds at a time mixing in between. If you find it to still be took thick add a dollop more of crisp... Mix mix mix... After the chocolate is melted and a good consistency dip the Oreos one at a time into the chocolate. Be sure to set them on parchment paper to dry. They won't stick. I sprinkled mine with Halloween Sprinkles to be festive! And there you have a super easy Holiday treat! Or anytime treat for that matter!
